WORKOUT AND STRETCH OF THE DAY: 2/5/18

Workout of the day: Rest day. Light activity only with a focus on recovery and regeneration. Yoga, light walking, stretching, foam rolling, massage/ self-massage and naps are great today. Stretch of the day: Kneeling foot stretch. Kneeling on a mat with your toes tucked under your feet, gently lower your hips back and down toward your heels, initiating a deep stretch in the soles of your feet. Hold for several breaths and release.
