Stretch of the day: Supine chest opener. Laying on the floor on your back, place a block or folded pillow cross-wise under your mid/upper back, between the shoulder blades. Gently lower your head and shoulders so your chest is now your highest point of your body. Lay back as is comfortable and hold for several breaths.
