Stretch of the day. Gorilla stretch. Standing up, bend your knees and hinging from the hips, lower your upper body toward the floor. Place your hands, palms up under your feet so your finger tips point toward your heels. Lean forward so you are now standing on the faces of your hands. Drop your head and let it be heavy as you slowly straighten your knees as is comfortable. Hold here for several breaths and release your hands.
