Stretch of the day: Butterfly stretch. Sitting on the ground with your feet out straight in front of you, pull your feet in toward your body and place the soles of your feet together. Holding your ankles, lean forward over your feet and legs, lining your forearms along your calves. Bend forward with round or straight back and bent or lifted head. Hold for several breaths.
