Stretch of the day: Kneeling hip flexor stretch. Start on your knees on the floor. Place one foot forward flat on the floor in front of you. Flex the opposite glute muscle and lean forward, initiating a deep stretch in the hip flexor of the flexed glute side. Hold as is comfortable then switch sides.
