Stretch of the day: Ankle dorsiflexion stretch with a towel. Sitting on the floor with your legs out in front of you, wrap a towel or band around the ball of your foot. Pull the towel or band until you feel a deep stretch in your ankle, achilles tendon and/or calf. Go as far and hold as long as is comfortable and switch.
