Stretch of the day: Knee to chest stretch for low back. Lying on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Bring both knees to your chest and hug your knees with your hands. Breathe deep and hug your knees in closer. Hold for several breaths then lay your legs out straight and repeat.
