Stretch of the day: Side stretch for IT band. Lying on your back, roll to one side and T out arms from your sides. As you bend the knee of your top leg, bring the leg forward so your upper leg is at a 90° angle to your body. As is comfortable, begin to straighten that leg, bringing your toes up in front of your knee. With your bottom arm, reach out towards your toes. You should feel a deep stretch in your IT band. Hold as is comfortable, release and switch to the other side.
