Stretch of the day: Kneeling hip flexor stretch. Kneel with one knee on a soft mat or thin cushion and the opposite foot flat on the floor in front of you. Ensure that both knees are bent at 90°. Stand your upper body up tall and lean forward to feel a deep stretch in the hip flexor of your planted knee. Hold for several breaths and switch sides.
