Stretch of the day: Hands clasped chest opener/ shoulder stretch. Bring your hands behind your back with your fingers pointing to the ground and clasp them together, palm-to-palm next to your low back. Arching your upper back and opening the chest and pulling the shoulder blades back. Bend forward at the hips for a deeper stretch. Hold for several breaths.
