Workout of the day: Neuromuscular work and form ride. Open back up from hard training followed by recovery with form and drill work. Stretch of the day: Kneeling hip flexor stretch. Kneel with one knee on the floor and one foot forward on the floor. Roll your pelvis under you and flatten your lower back. Keep shoulders back and chest upright. Lean forward keeping your back straight and feel a deep stretch in your hip flexor of your back leg. Hold for several breaths and switch sides.
