  • Schedule changes are accommodated on an ongoing daily basis.
  • Race preparation/execution assistance.
  • Recovery guidance to optimize performance.
  • General nutrition guidance and race day nutrition planning.
  • Uploaded workouts and power data are reviewed within 48 hours.

  • 3-4 key workouts scheduled per week. The athlete fills in remaining scheduling on their own.
  • Schedule changes accommodated with two weeks notice.
  • Uploaded workouts are reviewed weekly.

  • 3-4 key workouts scheduled per week. The athlete fills in remaining scheduling on their own and makes their own scheduling change accommodations.
  • Uploaded workouts are reviewed for compliance and accountability but this plan does not include heart rate and power file analysis.
