  • This plan is driven by longterm health and fitness goals and may or may not include specific event goals.
  • Cycling is utilized in this plan as a fitness tool, in addition to other exercise modalities.
  • Contact and communication by phone, text and email with response within 48 hours.
  • Premium account in Training Peaks.
  • 3-4 key workouts scheduled per week with a variety of activities. The athlete fills in remaining scheduling on their own and makes their own schedule change accommodations.
  • Guidance for lifestyle/ stress management, nutrition, sleep and other health factors.
  • Uploaded workouts are reviewed for compliance and accountability but this plan does not include heart rate and power file analysis.
